Active Ingredients:
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride — 0.45 g
Hydrocortisone — 0.06 g
Nystatin — 1.2 g
Tetracycline hydrochloride — 1.5 g

Inactive Ingredients:
Benzyl alcohol, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, citric acid (anhydrous), dehydrated alcohol, FD&C yellow #5, flavors, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, saccharin sodium, sodium citrate (dihydrate), sorbitol solution
